As a result, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you have. It's also an opportunity to see if we're a good fit. Most clients begin with weekly sessions and adjust the frequency over time based on their needs and progress.
Each standard session lasts 50 minutes, and can be adjusted based on therapeutic need.

Yes. I offer secure telehealth appointments for clients located anywhere in Texas.

No, I do not. I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. In a case-by- case situation, I may provide a Superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
I accept cash, check or credit card for payment at the time the service is rendered.

Sex therapy is talk therapy that focuses on concerns related to intimacy, sexuality, and relationships. Sessions are educational, supportive, and tailored to your goals—there is never any physical contact or sexual activity involved.

You can absolutely begin therapy on your own. Individual work can help you gain clarity, develop healthier patterns, and make thoughtful decisions about your relationship—even if your partner isn't ready to participate.

Absolutely. Your privacy is important to the therapeutic process. I do not communicate with anyone else unless you have requested and provide me with written consent. However, there are legal exceptions in a few situations required by law, which we will review together.
